As we headed into lockdown part II of 2020, we touched base with our clients to check in on them and see if they were happy with the services we are providing.
We also took the opportunity to briefly update them on of the ways we’ve worked with some of our clients to help them continue to work securely and productively from home.
Prior to lockdown, we were beta testing a new software-based VoIP phone service and mobile app called 3CX. The lockdown forced us to put our testing into reality and we are pleased to report that the service is now live and lots of clients have transferred to the new system. From the start to the end of the first lockdown we have worked with clients on so many solutions from hardware and software, to cyber security and secure cloud servers.
Since March we have set up hundreds of new laptops and created remote access solutions ensuring our clients' workforce could continue working from whichever location they required.
We’ve continued to work on many projects including the integration of our ultrafast fibre network at Tees Advanced Manufacturing Park in the North East of England, Kent Innovation Centre in the South East and Hylo our single largest building in Shoreditch, London and have welcomed new tenants and clients within those premises.
